Orders placed before 3pm are normally dispatched on the same day Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Free Delivery to New Zealand & worldwide (10 days) is available for all orders $100 or over free of charge. Delivery charge of $15 will be applied to orders under $100.

Reason for return:
Goods should be returned without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.
It would be appreciated if you could return the product in the original box and packaging.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received by you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
On receipt of the returned goods, clickswim.com will examine them we may take a deduction from the reimbursement if the value of goods has been diminished by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function in the value of any goods supplied, if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or –
(b) If earlier 14 days after the day you provide proof that you have returned the goods.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Your statutory rights are not affected in relation to mis-described or faulty goods.
